Next year may bring good news for central government employees. According to experts, central employees may get higher wages in 2021, based on the recommendations of the 7th Pay Commission. This year, the central government controlled the allowances received by the employees.


After June 2021, the government may provide relief on inflation allowance
Although employees and pensioners get an inflation allowance of 21 per cent, it is currently getting 17 per cent. The central government has made this arrangement till June 2021. It is believed that after June 2021, the government may give relief on inflation allowance. If this happens, both wages and pensions will be increased. It is worth mentioning here that the central government increases the inflation allowance on January 1 and July 1.




The ban has a direct impact on more than 50 lakh employees and more than 55 lakh pensioners

The ban could have a direct impact on more than 5 million employees and more than 5.5 million pensioners. As times change, the salaries of government ministers, prime ministers, presidents and MPs were cut by 30 per cent.
