What to do to get a new ration card? :
(1) First of all, get your wife’s name removed from her peer’s ration card and bring a ‘name reduction example’. For which you have to fill Form No.-4. (Form will be available free of cost from Mamlatdar’s office)

(2) After bringing the example of name reduction, add the name of wife and children in your existing ration card. For which you have to fill Form No.-3. To add the wife’s name in the ration card, you need a marriage registration certificate or Talati-minister’s copy, election card and Aadhar card, as well as birth certificate and Aadhar card to add the children’s names.

(3) No fee will be charged for addition or subtraction of names in the ration card. (Forms will also be available free of charge)
